As a tenant your personal belongings won’t be covered by the landlord’s insurance, and you will be liable for any intentional or careless damage to the property, therefore we strongly recommend you take out a contents insurance policy. However, your rights and obligations are set out in full in our Tenancy Agreement which we will work through with you.
