Whilst at first sceptical (feeling like I was being tied down to Pragma), I would give Rent-Easy nothing lower than a 10 out of 10 for service. Communication has been excellent, and the ease with which they worked with me to get our first tenant in, was outstanding. They even waived the marketing fee, as they already had a tenant ready to go. I would have had no idea if they had gone to market or not, so I found this an early sign of very good transparency.
