Rent Easy by Pragma is part of the Pragma Property Group, a family-owned and operated company based in Hamilton.  One of our companies, Pragma Homes, builds new homes throughout Hamilton and is now the largest home-building company in the Waikato area.



Many of these homes are investment properties and it is in response to requests from our clients to manage these properties once they are built which has led to the formation of Rent Easy.  But it is important to note that our rental portfolio is not limited to new homes, we have many existing properties on our books as well.

Maintaining a property's upkeep, including its interior and exterior, is crucial for increasing and retaining its value, while preventing costly repairs and maintenance can be achieved by carefully selecting tenants and conducting regular inspections as a means of fulfilling our role as custodians of your investment property.

Our parent home building company has been around for many years, and we plan to be the same.  So we place a strong emphasis on building relationships with our key partners and clients.  Many of these have already had years of successful involvement with us already
